The long-term purpose of the model coaching business is to gain enough trust from models to establish genuine friendships with them. This way, when we launch our own app site, we'll have 50 to 100 models willing to "give it a try." Having a good number of models at the start will ensure the app's success and establish our own cam site later on.
Why this matters: This will be particularly advantageous during another pandemic, as many models, as well as ourselves, may be confined indoors but still need a means of income. When (not if) that happens, we'll have a proven platform with a loyal roster of performers ready to go.
This guide provides the basics on transforming struggling models into successful and attractive performers. While most models may eventually improve on their own, having someone to encourage them can significantly accelerate their progress. Success often hinges on belief, and our goal is to spend time with each model, providing encouragement so they stay online for just one more week. Even a week of progress can be life-changing.
We aim to support these models because many of them lack encouragement — either online or at home. Most are single and often care for a child, parent, or grandparent. The majority of our models will come from South America, where even a few hundred dollars can make a substantial difference in someone's life due to lower wages.
In developed countries like Germany, France, the United States, and Canada, only the most talented, beautiful, and dedicated models can earn enough to cover rent and expenses due to the much higher cost of living — five to ten times more expensive than South America.
Our primary job as a coach is encouragement and helping them become confident. You know from experience how discouraging it can be to strip down fully naked and barely have any viewers and possibly no tips for the night. The porn industry is a multi-billion dollar industry, and for these models to try so hard and not make anything is something we can change.
The reason we can change it is that we have learned over the years what will help a new model that knows very little about lighting, men's psychology, and how to present themselves. The way it will seem to a new model entering our coaching program is that their key measurements will shoot up quickly.
We never say that a student will absolutely make more tips. But we do show them they can adjust many things about their behavior and setting to increase their viewers significantly, and to see their followers increase — which almost always leads to more tips. If they stay focused on improving just a tiny bit every show, we can tell them that over time, the tips will be there so they can be free from financial, family, and relationship worries.
We want to instill belief in our scientific method. After we teach models the basic changes necessary to go from looking bored and chatting on their phone to having a professional set, good lighting, and taking their show seriously — we help them become truly professional performers.
It's done by using the same science that large companies use to get us to buy things.
Real-World Example: In Colombia, there were two competing English language training companies — OpenEnglish and English Live. Both were large, about the same size, and both were spending heavily on television advertising. One year later, one company was literally out of business and the other was considered the best place in the country to get your online education. Similar programs, very different approaches to their television commercials.
The lesson is that there is a way to make sure that any company's advertising gets better and better month after month. It involves letting enough viewers of the advertisements "vote with their wallets" so that a company knows how good an ad performs.
If you're selling diapers on Facebook and your first advertisement features a cute little baby, you then try a Facebook ad with cute little puppies. If you make just a tiny improvement each week, you will crush your competition and make more and more money.
For over 20 years, we have used this process to influence millions of consumers to buy products from companies where we set up this process. Each week, we would look at all of our banner ads, video ads, blog posts, and Facebook ads to see what our results were. Then we'd make a few changes, try something a little different for a week, and check again. If our ads were better, we kept the new one. If they were worse, we tried something else. We found that just a tiny little improvement each week made MASSIVE increases over time.
It was easy to adapt this scientific optimization process to help models. The same A/B testing that made Fortune 500 companies millions now helps webcam models find what works for their audience.
